MIDDLE ROAD
No, I will never fit inside any box
Any form, any one path you see.
Though days a plenty how I wish that I could
If it'd simplify life for me.
I know the balance, well it comes from within
But oh, oh its so sweet
When on the outside everthing falls in line
And I look to find flowers at my feet.
Through time the questions, well they remain the same.
Through time the answers grow.
Through time the body, it falls supple to the frame.
Through time we learn to slow.
With time and patience maybe I'll agree
That the middle road is the way from me.
Still how I love the highs.
Still how I loathe the lows.
Still I appreciate every single time
I awaken to the middle road.
Still I appreciate every single time
I awaken to the middle road.
